Cherryl F. Cercado

Like her colleague, Ms. Cercado has long maintained an interested in employment and labor issues in California. Before joining the Appleton Law Group, Ms. Cercado clerked at the Employee Rights’ Center in San Diego, where she represented low and middle income employees in employment matters. While at the Center, she handled unemployment insurance appeals, wage and hour claims, and unfair labor practices cases. Ms. Cercado also gained extensive experience with trial litigation while a clerk at the Torrance City Attorney’s Office.
